* Upon booking this session, you will receive an online questionnaire form.
* Session fee is non-refundable.
* 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance must be paid in full one week prior to session
* A 24 hour notice by phone, email, or text is required to reschedule a session. Failure to give notice will result in forfeiture of session fee. Unfortunately, since I have a wait list, I must charge this in order to compensate for the loss of a session due to failure to cancel in a timely manner and my inability to book another session on such short notice. All payments made toward a collection are non-refundable.
